Centrally located in one of Big Bear's finest subdivisions is where you will find this beautiful log-style home tucked back off the street on over a half-acre of land. Dramatic long sweeping driveway. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an open floor plan with cathedral wood ceilings in the living room, and log accents throughout. Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and solid granite counters. Large master suite with spacious master bath, Jacuzzi tub, and 3 sided fireplace. Separate office off master with fireplace. Game room upstairs in the loft with wet bar and plenty of room to entertain. Separate guest quarters. Beautiful views from 3 stories of decks. Fenced with a security gate.

- Bedroom 4 and bathroom 3 are located in the attached guest house.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property
- AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
