There is a large Florida room lined with floor length windows to capture the backyard and waterfront views. The house has an open concept and allows views of the water from every angle. There is a large private gated courtyard entrance. The 2 car garage has plenty of space for cars and beach toys. Enter the backyard through the front gate into a garden oasis fully equipped with an outdoor shower. Perfect for hosing off after a day at the beach. This home is walking distance to world renowned St Pete Beach and historic Pass-a -Grille with numerous shops and restaurants. Summary: This property was very nice for a family getaway - spacious and well laid out to accommodate for group time as well as private time. The grounds were just great - dock for swimming and water activities, nice patio and seating for just enjoying the outside. The owners supplied the home with many of the basic necessities that one would need for a month away, and fortunately we have a friend in the area that was able to supplement with items that were not provided such as bikes, hairdryer, and a better vacuum cleaner. We spent much of our time enjoying all the activities St. Petersburg has to offer, and it was great to be able to come back to this home to relax by the water for a little down time. The neighbors were very friendly, the neighborhood itself was absolutely wonderful, close to the beautiful Pass-a-Grille beach and very accessible to downtown St. Petersburg. Overall we would highly recommend this property.
