Positive: We stayed in the 2 bedroom (2 toilet) apartment. It was clean, safe, and close to all the areas we wanted to visit (1hr or less drive). It was the perfect size for our family of 4. This is not an upscale type home. I you want to fee like you are living in a cabin in the mountains this is for you. Loved how we could walk from the apartment to restaurants to eat. We visited Aldi to stock up on some drinks and food. The host was always quick to respond to my questions or comments.

Negative: Since there is no A/C a fan in each bedroom and living room would have made the stay more comfortable. We did have one fan, but not in other areas. It was not a deal breaker by any means.

Summary: Quiet antique "real German feel" home!
