Positive: Gated made it feel safe. Easy to get in and out. Full kitchen.
Negative: The unit above had dogs and a squeaky floor so every step creeked. Then the dogs would bark early in the morning waking me up. The bed sucked. The roads to the property are really bumpy. Right next to a busy train track. Bedding seemed old. Caulk was moldy in the shower. Bathroom needs renovated.
Summary: I went for church so wanted a place to relax on the river.
