area. There are several terraces distributed in different directions that let to chooseshade or sun in any moment.
There is a large BBQ to enjoy outdoor meals. Garden and Pool.
From the living and the bedrooms there is a wonderful view overlooking the sea.

Built on three floors. In the access to the house is a large parking area for several cars right in front of the garage. At an elevation of one floor is the entrance to the house.
A very big kitchen and dining areaenjoying accessto a large terrace with a large table for morning breakfasts or dine al fresco.This terrace is very close to the garden barbeque.Living with a marvellous view to the beach. Three double bedrooms, family bathroom and a guest toilet.

The fascinating old town of Begur with its ancient castle is only 5 minutes away by car and Palafrugell is just 10 minutes drive. Both offer you many shopping and sightseeing opportunities as well as restaurants and bars.

In particular the carefully constructed and maintained walkways enable you to access dream landscapes, inaccessible coves and splendid beaches backed by the pines, dunes and the natural vegetation of the area, not forgetting the fascinating Illes de Medes just offshore.
