This unit is located on the fifth floor and overlooks the swimming pool to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Sleeping accommodations include a king-size bed in the master room and two queen-size beds in the guest room. Two full baths.
Maximum occupancy 6 people.

Summary: I traveled with 4 small children and my spouse. 6 people in total. It is very hard to find affordable, nice family friendly condos anywhere, and I can say this one was wonderful for my young family. I travel often with my family and I can tell you from experience this condo was most definitely well equipped! It provided with all the essentials plus more! There were towels, toiletries, books, board games, beach toys for the kids and even foldable chairs to take to the beach! Everything was super clean, and well kept. I was very pleased with my stay. The grounds of this location is exceptionally well kept! Kudos to the maintenance/ landscape crew. Everything very well kept, and clean. The pools were perfect for the kids. Not too big and not too small, just right! The walk to the beach was close and that's a big deal. I've stayed at SPI before, beachfront, and to get to the beach board walk was difficult and far, so it was very nice for a change.A few Cons:There was some sort of generator behind a door on the balcony. It wasn't in the way but it was so so loud. I could hardly enjoy the sound of the waves when I sat out to enjoy a cup of coffee. It did shut off every now and then and we got to enjoy a few quiet moments.The living room television was hard to navigate and the remote never worked, I think it needed batteries but I never bought any. Also the washer was very small but worked well, and the dryers' filter was a total nightmare. But it did dry my cloth
