Conveniently located just 1 mile from the Beach Club pools, Island House, and golf courses, you and your family and friends can enjoy a peaceful retreat while being close to so many of Seabrook Islands great amenities. Hop on your bikes and take the short ride to Pelican Beach to watch the sunset over the Edisto River. Ride in the other direction to North Beach where you'll enjoy open sands and maybe even see the dolphins strand feeding. This cottage is perfect for your Seabrook Island vacation!
New owners have recently added their own touches to this updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The open living area features a vaulted ceiling giving it the feeling of spaciousness, while plenty of comfortable seating beckons for everyone to gather. The large HDTV and DVD are terrific for watching your favorite shows or movies. This house has a bonus sun room where you'll want to spend time admiring the beautiful panoramic views. Gather around the sun room dining table that seats 6-7 and feel like your dining al fresco. You will love the casual coastal vibe of the new furnishings throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy. There is a Weber propane grill on the lower level for your BBQ favorites and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a fun day at the beach. The outdoor deck provides additional opportunities to take in the beauty of Seabrook Island. A washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.
The master bedroom has new furniture featuring a king size bed, skylight, 32" television and sliding doors leading out to the sun room. The en suite bath has a granite counter vanity and full tub/shower. On the opposite side of the house are the two additional guest bedrooms, also with new furniture. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a trundle, 32" tv and sliding doors leading out to the deck.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
