Nestled in a cul de sac off of canopied Live Oak Plantation Road, our home is just minutes away from I-10 and a 15 minute drive to either downtown or Doak Campbell Stadium, perfect for Seminole fans or those in town on business.
Set apart for guest use, you will find the drawers and closet empty in this mother-in-law suite so you can make yourself at home during your stay. My husband and I live in the main house, but the apartment has its own driveway and entrance with double French doors leading to the back garden patio and pool.
The 400 square foot living room is beautifully furnished with a leather couch, over-sized arm chair/ottoman perfect for reading, and a love seat that converts to a twin bed. (There is also plenty of floor space for a queen sized air mattress, available upon request. There is a full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee pot, and other appliances if you choose to cook rather than take advantage of all the nearby restaurants.
The 10 x 12 bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed with a Beauty Rest mattress, dresser, and desk with an ample walk-in closet and bathroom complete with over-sized tub with jets.
Arrangements can be made to use the washer/dryer in the main house if necessary.
