The balcony can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom. The master bedroom has a King size bed and large master bathroom. The building has an elevator and a covered pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer in the condo. Just a short walk to the Surfside Fishing Pier, restaurants, ice cream parlor, arcade, parks, library, and more.

Summary: ****This isn’t disclosed on the listing but you have to rent ALL linens OR bring your own. It’s $198 extra for the package that includes linens, bath towels, dish cloths. No paper products are included in the price- bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. The condo is literally a picture perfect view of the beach. It’s big, clean, and updated. Once all the outside maintenance is finished, it’s going to be even better. Big washer and dryer. Anything you would need to cook. Outside “charcoal” grill. Nice deck that comes from the living room and connects to the master. Aside from the linen fee(I’ve never had before at ANY condo). This was wonderful. $200 deposit is added to your stay. You’ll get that back a week after checkout. Short walk to local food places. Family friendly neighborhood. We stayed on level 1. Literally steps to the beach. Super easy walk, even with littles.
