3 Bedroom Villa in Salobrena

Spacious, south-facing villa with spectacular views of the Mediterranean, set in a mature, child-friendly, green garden with beautiful large palm trees. Villa Estrella del Mar has a free form private pool, including air conditioning in upper bedrooms & super fast 5G Wifi - and is located in an exclusive residential neighborhood.
The moment you enter the front doo,r you will be impressed by the large, marble reception area and monumental, wrought iron stairway.
The villa is approximately 250 square meters and features a large BBQ & outdoor entertainment area, and has several terraces on various levels where you can enjoy the sun and the panoramic vistas. The beautiful, furnished living room opens up to the covered, south-facing dining terrace overlooking the garden and pool, and has the marvelous blue of the Mediterranean as a backdrop.
For our winter guests, we have central heating and a fireplace.

This sunny part of Andalucia, called Costa Tropical, is well known for its exceptionally pleasant temperatures all year round. Summary: The house is lovely and very spacious and extremely well equipped. There are lots of games to play and a big box of Lego that we found very quickly. The decor is very nice. The pool is nice but not deep enough for my boys to continue working on their diving. We made use of the communal pool which is much bigger and deeper and is quite quiet so our boys could have a bit more fun in that pool. The view is pleasant although a little spoilt by a big house directly in your eye line. We preferred to sit on the bedroom balcony of an evening. Both terraces are lovely to sit on though. The details say 5 minutes to the beach. It is actually takes 6 minutes to get to the house from the main road up a very windy road and then a further 5-10 minutes to get to the beach. The property manager Gill was very nice and helpful and on hand any time we needed her. Overall a lovely property.
