Stocked with eco-friendly, tree-free paper products and fair trade coffee. Minutes from TPC, Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter and Mayo. The luxurious, newly upgraded 3BR+Den house offers - 3 fully furnished bedrooms - A den with 2 bunk beds (4 twins total) - 2 fully equipped bathrooms (master with a double sink and huge tub) - Attached 2 car garage - Designer backyard, complete with fire pit, built-in BBQ and heated pool - Covered patio with plenty of private seating, ceiling fan, and misters - Solar panels that power the whole house! ---------------------------- When the daytime high is under 70F pool heating may not get up to a comfortable temperature. The pool starts the day at the low of the night and unfortunately, with a water that large, it won't get to the 75F we set it to. ---------------------------- All of our pools are heated at 75 F from 10am to 5 pm every day.
