5 Bedroom House in Pleasure Point, Dadeville

Great property on Pace's Point Peninsula with big, open water that's not overwhelmed with boat traffic. Beautiful beach just steps from the house. The perfect place for kiddos to play and dip their toes in the sand. For those looking for deeper water, there's a sunny deepwater dock, perfect for lounging, swimming, and boating. If you're looking for activities just let us know - we have 2 kayaks and a paddleboard we can leave out upon request.
The property is actually two homes for the price of one. The "Main House" is 3br, 3ba with a large master bedroom / bath on the main floor with two smaller bedrooms upstairs.. one being a kids' room with three beds (one with a trundle). Next door is the "Mother-In-Law Suite". The Suite is connected to the Main House via a porch walkway leading to a full apartment above the garage. The Suite has two master bedrooms (queen beds) each with their own bathroom plus a full kitchen and living room with stunning lake views.
We are 45 mins door to door to Auburn and Jordan-Hare stadium, 1.5 hours from Birmingham, and 2 hours from Atlanta.
