The huge beach is only 200 m away (ideal for children), with no less than 7 km of dunes where you have enough space to make lovely walks. The village center with restaurants, public transport and general facilities is 2 km away, as well as the supermarket. You can also visit the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, the ruins of Sant Martí d'Empúries, the Salvador Dalí museum in Figueras and the natural park of Cap de Creus. L'Escala and Roses are also nearby.
The entrance to the house is completely clean and disinfected. There is a large outdoor garden with a spacious private pool, a barbecue and 2 verandas where you can spend pleasant evenings on the comfortable furniture. The master bedroom on the second floor has an ensuite bathroom and a terrace.
