This enchanting apartment is located on the first floor of a modern building, right in the heart of the characteristic San Zeno area. Recently renovated, with great taste and attention to detail, Dimora San Zeno 6 is characterized by a modern and functional style. The entrance leads directly to the spacious and bright living room, where you can find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with 6 chairs, and a comfy single sofa bed. The corridor leads to the sleeping area, composed of a double bedroom with matrimonial bed, mirrored-door closet, two nightstands and a dresser and a second bedroom with two single beds and a two-door wardrobe. The elegant bathroom has a spacious shower. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, hairdryer and WI-FI. Car: not necessary RULES The Italian Law establishes that we have to fill a contract with the data of our guests.We kindly ask our guests to sign our contract at their arrival. All the guests have to show their Identity Card or passport at their arrival. Tourist tax per day/ per person (>14 yrs) € 1,50 The delivery of the keys takes place at our office located in Corso Castelvecchio n.25 from 3:00 PM to 7:30PM. Requests of earlier delivery are subject to availability upon check-in. (will be satisfied if the apartment is already available.If not, guests can store their cases during office hours. In case of late Check-in, Dimore Verona Agency provides an alternative way to hand out the keys, that is free of charge but without the staff assistance.
