Modern and comfortable apartment close to San Zeno Basilica ,6 sleeps. This enchanting apartment,located on the ground floor of a new building,is in the heart of San Zeno, one of the mostcharacteristic neighborhoods of the city. The whole apartment, even if it has been decorated in a modern style, it is characterized by a wooden celling beams ,which creates a welcoming atmosphere. It has an independent entrance that leads directly into the living room where you can find the sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed, the TV area and an elegant table with 6 red chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with everything needed for cooking .The sleeping area consists of a first bedroom with a double bed, two nightstands , a wardrobe and a drawer pedestals. And a second bedroom with two single beds, a nightstand and a wardrobe.The elegant and modern bathroom, has a large shower and the washing machine. The apartment has air conditioning, dishwasher, hairdryer and WI-FI. Car: not necessary RULES The Italian Law establishes that we have to fill a contract with the data of our guests.We kindly ask our guests to sign our contract at their arrival. All the guests have to show their Identity Card or passport at their arrival. Tourist tax per day/ per person (>14 yrs) € 1,50 The delivery of the keys takes place at our office located in Corso Castelvecchio n.25 from 3:00 PM to 7:30PM. Requests of earlier delivery are subject to availability upon check-in. (will be satisfied if the apartment is already available.If not, guests can store their cases during office hours. In case of late Check-in, Dimore Verona Agency provides an alternative way to hand out the keys, that is free of charge but without the staff assistance.
