The neighborhood is very nice and safe; you are basically very close to the center and at the same time close to green areas. The 1st district can be reached in short time.
The area offers plenty of restaurants, terraces, as well as shops of all kinds. There is also a wonderful market 5 minutes from the apartment.
If you wish to enjoy nature there is also an amazing park (Tuerkenschanzpark) within a 15 minutes walk from the flat.
It is very well connected with metro, bus and tramway (1 metro line, 1 bus line and 3 tramway lines at VolksOper).

Our apartment is really spacious (it measures 135 m2 i.e 1455 sqft) and would be very comfortable for a couple (who enjoy/need space like remote workers, retired people) or for a couple with a child (separate bedroom with a single bed).
Ideal for people who prioritize space over modernity, people who intend to spend quite some time in this typical high-standing neighborhood of Vienna. People who prefer to be away from the tourist crowds of the 1st district and who still want to be very close to the city center.
The storage room can also be used (apart from storage and drying/ironing clothes) as a working room (equipped with a desk, a chair and it has heating).
