Located near the Maritime promenade, that can be reached within just 5 minutes walk. There is also public transport to the city center every 5 minutes. It is not a good area to park, but it is very close to the center where you will find any connection you want. You can rent a bicycle, go by bus from the Plaza España to any part of the island. The apartment has been newly renovated in 2019. Settled with 4 bedrooms, two of them are double and the other two have 2 single beds. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. As well as heating and fans in each room, TV, washing machine, free WIFI, all for your comfort. There are also two modern bathroom with shower. The occupancy is for 8. *Ecotax is mandatory in the Balearic Islands (Law ######### of 29/12/2017).* *The keys have to be collected in our local partner FLYING FISH Welcome Office in Palma.* *Check-in at the apartment is possible under request and has additional cost. Must be confirmed.* *Check-in hours 16-20h. Late arrivals do have a supplement. Early arrivals depending on the availabilty.* *Guests must inform the host with the arrival time and flight number. If not, after 20h of the arrival date it will be considered a no show.* *If guests finally arrive and host has not been informed, check-in should be done the next day from 09h.* *Any delays on the informed arrival time must be advised to the host before departing from the country/city of origin.* *Check out must be before 11h noon.* * Services (water, electricity, wifi) not included for stays longer than 1 month * *The person collecting the keys must be the same as the reservation/credit card holder.
