Historically it was a fishermans district, for its strategical situation close to the sea. Nowadays it is a perfect place to drink a cup of coffee in one of the terraces, as to go for enjoy “Tapas Night”. Santa Catalina is one of the favourite area of Majorcans. And not less important, for lovers of sport, especially of tennis, there is a tennis court at just 2 minutes from the apartment. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms with double beds and counts with two bathrooms, both with a shower. The standard capacity is for 6 people. At an additional rate 1 more extra guest can be accepted, sleeping in a bedroom with a single sofa-bed.
