Villa Luna is a contemporary property was built in 2007 and is located in the new green heart of Vilamoura overlooking the Millennium golf course and close to the prestigious championship Victoria golf course and a few minutes drive from the marina and restaurants. Electric gates lead to a private driveway and extensive parking area. Main entrance door leads to the internal hallway, with floor to ceiling windows offering a view to the pool, garden and golf course beyond. Off to your right you will find four bedrooms. Master bedroom with private sitting room and his and hers full bathrooms. The other three bedrooms, are 2 twins bedrooms and one standard twin each with en-suite facilities and private patio. From the hallway to your left you will find the fully fitted modern kitchen in attractive natural stone and granite, adjacent dining room with seating for 10 around a hand made table and views to the garden and swimming pool. The vast sitting room comprises three distinct areas, a TV and media area, a reading area around a fireplace including a card table and a spacious area with comfortable white sofas overlooking the garden, swimming pool and golf. Patio doors lead outside to a covered terrace with table and chairs for meals outdoors and to the garden with swimming pool (9 x 9.5m) and sun lounges and suns shades. Downstairs is the fifth bedroom on the basement level with adjacent shower room. Also on this level is the laundry room. This property is air-conditioned and alarmed. Maid service is 5 days per week from Monday to Friday. Linen and beds changed once a week , towels twice a week.
