The light is a 4 in 1 (speaker, vent, night light and daylight). It's stocked with bath towels and wash cloths.
Bedroom 2
Second bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, a closet, and a nightstand.
It contains 40'' Roku TV connected to Netflix and Hulu. This room's view is the front street.
Bedroom 3
Third bedroom has a full size bed, a closet, 2 nightstands, a side lamp, ceiling fan, 40'' Roku TV connected to Netflix and Hulu. This room's views the fire-pit/ tree swings area.
Bedroom 4
Fourth bedroom has a full size bed, closet, 2 nightstands, a side lamp, ceiling fan, and also views the fire-pit area.
Bathroom 2
Bathroom 2 has a full sized shower equipped with a rain shower head and hand wand. It has a beautiful vessel sink vanity and cabinets. It's stocked with bath towels, wash cloths, and hairdryer. It also has a light that is a 4 in 1 (Bluetooth speaker, vent, night light and daylight)* Note; Bluetooth speakers in the bathrooms can NOT be use at the same time.
Living Room
Living room includes a futon, 2 single sleeping chairs, fast Wi-Fi, and a 65'' Roku TV with Netflix and Hulu connected. It also has a center and side tables.
Kitchen
Kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare amazing home cooked meals. It contains a Frigidaire gas stove, Samsung refrigerator, *New Samsung dishwasher, Ninja blender, microwave, toaster, can opener, Keurig K-Duo coffee pot, and large black kitchen sink.
Dinning area has a table with 6 chairs.
The kitchen island provides 4 bar stools for a total of 10 seating places.
Outdoor amenities
BBQ grill that is half charcoal (not provided) and half propane.
2 tree swings
Fire-pit and seating area. (Due to the existing burn-ban, fire-pit cannot be use)
Back covered deck with seating for 8 and lights that you can change the color/frequency.
Free parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.
Not many neighbors.

No smoking, including E-cigarettes allowed inside the home.
No pets. $300 cleaning fee will be charged if pet is on the property.
