Spacious 3 BR Mediterranean Style Villa Located Near Disney and Parks | House in Davenport

Our WiFi enabled Tuscan Magic Villa is situated in the secure, gated Mediterranean styled Tuscan Hills community. Located adjacent to Highway 27, and close to Highway 192, it is just a short drive to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks. For the younger kids, Legoland is also nearby.
Our beautiful home was built in the summer of 2006 and is furnished to a higher standard to make our guests feel like they are in a high end resort while also having all of the comforts of home. It is warm, inviting and ideal for families.
We are currently renting Tuscan Magic as a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. .
Our home has very high ceilings that provide a warm, spacious feel. Ceiling fans adorn every bedroom, the living room and covered outdoor lanai. The entire home is air conditioned throughout.
As you enter our home, the entry way leads to the large living room and just in the foyer is a guest toilet.
Living Room
The living room has large home style theater entertainment seating, able to accommodate the entire family when you have those special movie nights or when you just want to crash after a long day of park hopping. It also has a large cable connected flat screen TV and a smart blu- ray player. The area feels especially bright with substantial natural light coming in from the sliding patio doors that lead to the private pool and screen enclosed lanai.
Kitchen
The kitchen features everything you ll need during your stay!
There s a full stove, oven, side by side refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Small appliances include a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and blender.
We have plenty of kitchenware for all of your guests and a huge amount of cupboard and storage spaces throughout.
A handy breakfast bar with chairs adds to the seating and convenience for the family.
Dining
Our dining area features a large table and comfortable seating for eight. Windows adjacent to the dining room overlook the pool and deck area so you can watch the kids as they play while you stay in the air conditioned comfort.
Pool Area
Tuscan Magic also features a large pool area. Outside, under our covered, screen enclosed lanai you ll find a warm, inviting private pool, a glass outdoor table and cushioned chair set that seats six. Additional outdoor seating including two lounge chairs is also available. The west facing pool is extremely private due in part to mature privacy hedges. He pool contains a built in light for night swimming. Optional pool heating is also available.
Safety alarms are attached to access doors to the pool deck. These are preferred to pool safety fences.

Downstairs Master En-suite
The master en-suite on the first floor has its own private bathroom that includes a walk in shower, toilet and a large soaker tub that is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The master en-suite has a comfortable King Sized bed, featuring a top quality Sterns and Foster Mattress, a large cable connected flat screen TV and a small private patio with separate access. There is plenty of room for your clothes in the oversized closet as well.
Twin bedroom one
You will love the two adorable Disney themed twin beds in our second bedroom. It’s great for the kids to sleep in and get even more excited for Disneyworld. The room also has a flat screen TV, DVD player and large closet.
Twin bedroom two
Our 3rd bedroom contains two full size beds and is great for teenagers and adults alike. The room has a nice sized closet as well as a flat screen TV and DVD player.
Ceiling fan and Air conditioning make this room a great place to relax following a busy day at the parks.
Guest bathroom
Located close to both twin bedrooms, the guest bathroom features a large sink, toilet and shower / tub.
Washer/Dryer
Don’t want to bring home dirty clothes, or want to wear that favorite shirt another day? Then you’ll love our full sized washer and dryer located between the two bedrooms.
Outside
Tuscan Hills Boulevard is a quiet residential street in the middle of the Tuscan Hills resort. Resort amenities include an exercise room in the clubhouse as well as a playground, tennis and basketball courts.
Nearby
There are grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants and other shopping all conveniently located just a short drive from the resort.
Tuscan Hills is a private gated community, prior to arrival you will be sent arrival instructions to gain entry to the gated community and the villa.
Outside Gas Grills can also be hired via the Management Company at a cost of $65 per week should you wish to enjoy the outside space just a bit more! (Please note grilling must take place outside the screened area.)
