Positive: Location, safety of area
Negative: Firstly the code given to me to collect the key from a different location than the property was incorrect/invalid. I needed to make 2 calls to different numbers to be provided a new code. Secondly there was only 1 key but 3 people staying there which was very inconvenient for the activity we planned. On departure the location for the key drop wasn’t going to be open for us to drop the key. I needed to have multiple calls to get key arrangements resolved. Suggest you use Marriet desk not a more remote pick up and drop off. One of the toilets needed maintenance as when used, the toilet ran after use instead of cutting off properly. A minimum sugar, instant coffee and tea with small milk was expected similar to a motel. Sure to self cater all else, but soap, shampoo and dishwashing facilities and at least 1 day for a coffee or tea was expected, especially if you arrive late and shops close aren’t open.
Summary: Basic key management and absence of minimum tea and coffee disappointing. Good location for our planned activities
