Set on the 21st floor, with views across London, this beautiful apartment is a short walk from Stratford Station with major TFL links (20 mins to central London), Westfield Shopping Centre (Largest in Europe), West Ham's London stadium, the Olympic Park and much more. The apartment comprises 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) with full length windows, modern bathroom and open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen The Space: LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA The open plan kitchen and dining area is spacious, and flooded with light from the floor to ceiling balcony windows. Our monochrome colour scheme creates a slick space to work or relax! The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There are a range of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses. The sleek glass dining table seats 4 people comfortably, and adds a modern touch to the space. A great place to breakfast! The living area has a comfortable sofa, and a great wifi connection for relaxing after exploring all of the great activities London has to offer. This apartment also benefits from a balcony where you can sit in the morning sunshine! BEDROOMS There are 2 double bedrooms in the property, making it the perfect space for a group of friends visiting London for the first time! There is plenty of space for your belongings, and all beds will be made up with hotel quality linen, giving your stay a luxury edge. BATHROOM The bathroom has relaxing sandstone walls, and contemporary fittings. There is a full bathtub, with overhead shower, as well as a basin and toilet. We will provide complimentary toiletries and large fluffy white towels for every guest. Guest Access: Guests have complete access to the house/flat/maisonette. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in. Interaction with Guests: When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. Charges for late check-in/out: -£10 charge for each hour you are late for check-in -£20 charge if you are more than 1 hour late and we have to reschedule check-in completely. -£50 charge for check-ins between 10pm-12am midnight -£70 charge for check-ins after midnight. -£10 per hour (each hour after 10am) late check-out fee.
