Located on Upwind Court's cul-de-sac, this Kinnakeet Shores Resort home offers a private and pristine outdoor setting with expansive, panoramic views of the sound and quick and easy access to the water. Lucky Catch includes great parking, a carport, a park grill, a basketball hoop, and a fish station. Head out back to your own personal waterpark featuring a large concrete pool, furnished sundecks, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and an upscale tropical bar with plenty of shade.
A side deck off the first floor is home to a six-person hot tub with numerous massaging jets for the ultimate in relaxation. The tiled entrance leads to pine-floored halls with wood wainscoting, as well as a game room with a full-size pool table, a ceiling fan, a 32-inch TV, deck access, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge, a sink, and a microwave.
The first bedroom has a 40-inch TV, and deck access; it shares a full bathroom with the game room. The second bedroom is a main bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed, a 32-inch TV, and a bathroom. On the second floor, the third bedroom features deck access, a 32-inch TV and a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom offers deck access, a 40-inch smart TV, and a full bathroom. The fifth bedroom features a deck access, a 32-inch TV, and a full bathroom. The sixth bedroom includes a 32-inch TV and a full bathroom.
