On the ground level, there is concrete parking, a carport, patio with picnic table, park grill, outside shower, fish cleaning table, and lockable windsurfing racks. On the first level, you will find four good size bedrooms, a full hall bath, and a spacious sitting room with flat screen TV and a wet bar with sink, microwave, mini fridge and access to the extended deck. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and a TV. Bedroom 2 is a master with queen size bed, private bath, and TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have queen beds and TVs. A conveniently located washer and dryer round out this level. At the top of the stairs on living level 2, an open great room featuring breathtaking views of the Pamlico Sound awaits.
