Large, sophisticated apartment, completely renovated and prepared for Airbnb, with 3 bedrooms (1 suite), located on the seafront of Itapoã, called by local residents of Bevely Hills, being a favorite point for families, close to all facilities, bakery, restaurants, gym, bars, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, beauty salons, etc. The accommodation has 1 covered parking space available to guests.
It is necessary to send the details of all guests with full name + document, 24 hours before check-in, so that the stay at the condominium can be registered. Note: we do not allow smoking inside our accommodation.
