With capacity for 8 guests, this country house with private pool and garden is the perfect destination to spend your holidays in Costitx.The large house emerges in front of a beautiful pool and garden with wonderful views of the island. The chlorine pool measures 9 x 5.5 meters while the depth ranges from 1 to 2.4 meters. There are 12 sun loungers to enjoy the sun and an outside shower to cool off. You will also find several porches, terraces and wide green spaces to enjoy the good weather or a delicious barbecue. The sports field at the back of the house will be the entertainment place for young and old. The property is fenced and privacy is complete. Upon entering, the surprising hall leads to the different rooms. First you will find the great living room with sofas in which some will rest while some other play pool. The wonderful traditional kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker and a huge dining table that seats all guests. Next to it there is a bathroom with a shower that also can ne accessed from outside. On the ground floor we find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds, and both with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is another living room with dining room where you can watch the Smart TV and another kitchen with a gas hob. On this floor there are also 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms with shower, and a large terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful views. Finally, the house is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, 2 cots and a high chair and 6 fans for hot days. Costitx, in the heart of the island, is the ideal starting point to explore Mallorca. The property is located in a rural environment near Costitx, where you will find basic services, but you cannot miss other charming villages nearby like Sineu or Petra.The closest beach is Can Picafort, about 27 km away, but r you can visit more fantastic beaches by car.
