A comfortable villa for 6 people located in Cala Murada in the east of Majorca, 1 kilometre from the beach. The house has air conditioning, WiFi and private pool.
This comfortable villa forms part of a complex of 3 properties: Son Ganxo I, Son Ganxo II and Son Ganxo III. All the houses are independent and have their own garden and private pool.
The villa is a two-storey property with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is air conditioning and heating in all the bedrooms and WiFi Internet connection.
On the ground floor we find the large living-dining room, with views over the garden. There is a table which seats 6 people and two comfortable sofas and a TV. The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and all the kitchenware/utensils you will need. Next to the dining room there is another double bedroom with views over the garden. It has bunk beds, so is an ideal room for children. Finally on this floor there is a double bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.
In the entrance hall to the house a staircase leads to the first floor where there is a fantastic suite with a large double bed. The suite has its own terrace and an en suite with bath. There is another double bedroom with large bed and also with its own terrace. There is another bathroom, with bath tub.
From the dining room we exit into the garden via a covered terrace, which comprises a table and 6 chairs where you can enjoy eating al fresco. The garden contains the prívate pool which is surrounded by a lawned area and has hammocks and a fantastic barbecue.
