Located just a few levels from the Snowmass Mall, this Willows condominium is the perfect location for your next Snowmass vacation. Recently remodeled with two bedrooms plus a twin sofa sleeper, the perfect fit for a group of guests. The condo is located on the ground level with a deck to enjoy the mountain air. Comfortably appointed, guests will enjoy new furniture with a gas fireplace, game table and 32 inch flat screen TV and ample seating. Only a few steps away you will find the common area pool and hot tub; a fantastic spot to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes, hiking, mountain biking or shopping. Skiing is just a short walk away to Fanny Hill, while shopping and dining at the Snowmass Mall or Base Village is just up the way. Bedding: King, 2 Twins, Twin Sleeper Sofa.
SKI SEASON: Parking passes are required for all Aspenwood, Terracehouse, and Willows condos and guests will need to go to the Parking Office to obtain permit. Snowmass Vacations will not be held responsible for any parking citations issued to guests.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please be advised that the entire building adjacent to the property has been torn down and is currently undergoing demolition and reconstruction. As a result, the Willows C1 entrance, walkway, and views from both inside the condo and the back porch are directly facing the active demolition and construction site.
Construction activity is ongoing during weekdays but is not expected not occur on weekends. It is anticipated that noise levels will be significantly elevated during the summer months due to these weekday construction activities.
