Located in Jersey City just a 7 minute subway ride to the World Trade Center Subway Station Offered by Maxwell Robins since November 2018 Managed By Empire City Suites LLC as agent for Maxwell Robins There is one parking space available for this home. It is not on the property. A space will be assigned based on availability from on e of the parking spots we have in the surrounding area. Additional parking spaces are $10 per day if available. The residence has a washer dryer. The residence has air conditioning. This is a townhome it does not have an elevator. The residence features a fully equipped kitchen including all the appliances and small wares to prepare home cooked meals. Enjoy your morning coffee brewed in a Keurig single brew coffee maker or tea from your electric tea kettle. Have your meals at the dining table that seats 6. Relax at the end of your day in the living room in the large leather sofa - which is a queen sleepers with a memory foam mattress - while watching TV on a flat screen TV. The bedroom has two comfortable queen size bed and a 40 inch flat screen TV. Both beds are a Beautyrest Recharge Pierpoint plush mattresses. The residence is just a short walk to the subway station into New York City. Please note that we perform routine maintenance and monthly exterminating for all of our homes. We will notify if we are going to need access during your stay. You will not need to be home when we perform these services.
