Comprising three bedrooms: Master with king bed, bedroom 2 with tri bunk (double on the bottom, and single on the top), and bedroom 3 with 2 single beds.
The home offers a spacious living area with polished floorboards which opens out to a balcony with outdoor seating and a BBQ, the living space has a smart TV, fireplace, and split system heating/cooling.
The kitchen is well equipped and offers microwave, toaster, electric oven and cooktop, delongi pod machine for coffee, fridge, freezer and all of the utensils and equipment you would expect to prepare your meals onsite.
There is a central bathroom with original tiles which add to the charm of the home offering shower and bath, as well as a separate toilet.

LINEN SUPPLIED
We supply: sheets, pillow cases and towels for each guest. However it is important to note that beds will not be made upon your arrival and you will need to make the beds yourselves prior to sleeping. By supplying linen we are able to keep the tariff and additional charges low by keeping rates you pay to a minimum - however if you wish to have beds made up on your arrival there will be an additional fee for our cleaners to do this. Please confirm if you would like beds made up before you arrive. We also supply bath mats, hand towels and tea towels
PET FRIENDLY - Dogs are welcome as this is a pet friendly property. We ask that you do not leave your pets unsupervised inside the house when you go out and take them with you. When you leave there are extra cleaning requirements and we appreciate it if guests can ensure that they remove all dog droppings from around the property
BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 48 hours of your arrival and held until 7 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released.
The booking price displayed for online bookings includes a processing fee of 3% per booking.
If a refund or cancellation takes place, please note the refunded amount will not include the 3% processing fee as this will be retained by Otway Retreats to cover the original transaction.
If your check in date is within 60 days a 100% payment is required.
If your check in date is over 60 days then a payment of 50% is required to secure your booking and the remaining 50% will be charged to your card on file 30 days before your check in day.

Check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10:00am unless specified and agreed otherwise.
Early Check-ins and Late checkouts are subject to availability and incur additional fees of $50.00 per hour.
Please respect the privacy of our local community and neighbours. If a guest's behaviour or noise level is unreasonable, a warning will be given and ignoring this will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund. Strictly no parties or events allowed.
