What's nearby: This remodeled, two-story condo sits 100 yards from Silverpick Lodge, where you'll find the Sow's Ear (one of the best steakhouses in Southwest Colorado and an ideal spot for apres ski)! You'll find summer hiking trails behind the condo building, the ski trails of Purgatory and the Durango Nordic Center one mile north, and the charming shops and galleries of downtown Durango 25 miles south. Whether you're visiting in summer or winter, adventure can be found in all seasons! Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen with a dishwasher Wood is provided for the fireplace The family dogs are welcome with a small nightly fee Shared hot tubs available to Vacasa guests are located in the condo complex, not the Lodge If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
