Summary: They didn’t give me the room that I paid for! Was disappointed! I went down to the front desk and asked if they could turn my fan on at least or my air conditioning. They said they did and they never did because it was broken, I found out the next day. It wasn’t working to begin with. The breakfast was a fiasco. It was supposed to be free (included in what I paid for) and then they gave me a bill afterwards for almost €30. After some back-and-forth, they finally took it off my room, bill. Not sure I’d go back there and stay again.
