Overlooking Carvers Harbor this 4 bedroom/1 bath home is the perfect setting for 6 guests looking for an island getaway! The first floor features an open living room/dining room, kitchen, bedroom with a queen sized bed, bathroom with a tub/shower and an additional game room/cocktail lounge with doors that open out to a large lawn area overlooking the Harbor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, 2 with queen sized beds and one with two twin beds. Outside guests play outdoor games on the lawn or swim/kayak off of the float. Walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, library and Lanes Island Preserve. This location has it all!
