Shell Cottage is located directly on the South Alder Park and less than a minute walk away from the Elk Creek Beach Promenade. The park offers a Bocce Ball Court, community fireplace with wood provided, and outdoor furniture. The Elk Creek Beach Promenade becomes a forested trail that leads you down to the beautiful Pacific Ocean. This great cottage has a 42 inch HDTV with DVD player in the comfortable living room complete with wood burning stove. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you`ll need from dishes, cookware, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and much more! Just bring your food and spices and Shell Cottage will have the rest to prepare your favorite meal! The covered front porch with new outdoor seating opens onto a grass park for the family get together. The trail head is just outside the door for hours of exploring the forest or a quick trip down the trail to the beach. This must-stay cottage offers a quaint and cozy beach decor, full kitchen and dining room, and plenty of amenities. If you`re looking for simple comfort and peace, you`ll love to stay at Shell Cottage. Seabrook is burgeoning with growth of new homes and amenities, and this property is currently near active construction. To minimize disruption for our guests we have set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
