This house boasts all the modern features that you normally won't find in a holiday house including a Coffee Machine 2 showers, 2 toilets, reverse cycle air conditioning, a games room, dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, continuous hot water, large entertainment area, 2 x large 75 inch smart LCD TV and a large fully fenced backyard.
All linen is included for your stay. This includes sheets, pillowcases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers, and bath mats.
Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom: King Bed has an ensuite and a large walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single beds
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
The second bathroom has a corner spar bath and a shower. The toilet is separate.
The Laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board & iron
Plenty of parking with a 1 car garage and room to lock up the boat on the side of the house.
Fully equipped Kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, crockery, tea towels, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
A kitchen/bathroom starter kit which will include dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, coffee pods, tea bags, bathroom soap, toilet paper and BBQ wipes.

The crystal-clean aqua-blue waters await your morning swims with dolphins, closely followed by a relaxing stroll along the white sands of the Jervis bay beaches.
The walking/bike path will take you into Huskisson or Vincentia and is about a 10-minute bike ride to either destination. Water activities are limitless here only meters from your door - with swimming, snorkeling, surfing, fishing, boating, and whale & dolphin watching, just to name a few.
There is an outdoor shower in the backyard to wash off beach sand.

Unfortunately, PETS are NOT permitted at this property.
Noise after 10 PM should be kept to a minimum. Please enjoy your stay, but respect your neighbours.
This property has a strict NO PARTY policy. Guests that do not adhere to this request, will be evicted forfeiting full payment and security bond.

Ordinary cleaning is included in the price - Excessive cleaning will incur an extra fee.

DEPARTURE Time - 10am unless prior arrangement. We need this time for our cleaners to prepare the property for our next guests.
For your safety and security, there is a camera in the front yard that will be on during your stay.
Finally, ANY PERSONAL INJURY DURING YOUR STAY AT SERENO VINCENTIA JERVIS BAY WILL NOT BE COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE AND WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED FOR INJURIES, ILLNESSES, AND ACCIDENTS IF THEY WERE TO OCCUR DURING YOUR STAY. ALSO WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PERSONNEL ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING YOUR STAY.
