Inside, every detail has been designed for calm and comfort. From Quince organic bedding and HEPA air filtration to natural textures and minimalist styling, the home offers a serene atmosphere throughout. The house is in Holly, which is actually where I live myself—just down the street. It’s my favorite neighborhood in Austin, and it was even voted one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world by Time Out in 2019.
The area has a really vibrant, creative feel with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and walkable spots nearby. Like anywhere in a growing city, it has its own character, but I feel very safe living here and raising my family here. Guests also love that it’s close to downtown, Rainey Street, and Lady Bird Lake while still feeling like a neighborhood.
For security and privacy reasons, Airbnb doesn’t allow hosts to share the exact address until a booking is confirmed, but rest assured—you’ll be in one of the most sought-after, lively parts of Austin.
East Austin is where culture, creativity, and community collide. Just minutes from downtown, this vibrant neighborhood is known for its eclectic mix of funky coffee shops, award-winning restaurants, craft breweries, and some of the best nightlife in the city.
