In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***
If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.
Please note that the pool and spa cannot be used during quiet hours starting at 10pm.
We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.
Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device.
We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.
No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.
Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.

Summary: We had a nice stay although we encountered some inconveniences. The host Kim was amazing, she was always quick to respond. The property itself can use some updating. When we arrived the keyless entry did not work. The cleaning company did not do as thorough of a job, there was still some things that had not been cleaned. We were never able to get the arcade system to work, which was a bummer. Every day i had to message the host to make sure the pool heater was turned on, which was kind of annoying considering we had to pay an additional $100 a day to have it heated. The main bathroom clogged on the second day of our stay in the morning and we were not able to get a maintenance person to come by until 5pm. Unfortunately after the maintenance left the toilet still did not work for the remainder of our stay. 9 people sharing 1 restroom was a major inconvenience. The neighborhood is nice and quite and is about 18 minutes from Palm Springs airport. Overall it was a good stay, despite the inconveniences we made the best of it.
