The 110 sqm apartment for max. 7 people is located separately on the upper floor of the house. It extends over 2 living levels. In the first living level are the living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio), an open kitchen (dining area, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, div. Kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms (1 x single bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and a large bathroom with shower / WC. In the attic there is an open sleeping area with double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a small guest toilet. There is also a nice balcony with seating and views of the Müritz.
The resort with a total of 8 apartments located in a beautiful location on a 15. 000 square meters, very well maintained and fully fenced water property directly on the south bank of the Müritz. On the property there are several furnished sitting areas (partly covered), a playground, a boat, fishing and bathing jetty, barbecue area, campfire area, a lakeside terrace right on the Müritz and plenty of space for sports and games. The property offers the best conditions for an active nature holiday. So the owner gives several different boats, such. Non-motorized boats, paddle boats, kayaks / canoes and stand-up boards (for a fee on site). The recommendable Müritz cycle route, which runs directly through the village, the area can also be explored very well by bike. Of course bicycles can be safely stored. The host gives a total of four bikes (for a fee). The apartments of different sizes were modernized in 2017. Two apartments are located separately in the house of the host, the other apartments are located in a guest house. All accommodations have W-LAN connection. The total price includes the final cleaning and the water and energy consumption. Bed linen and towels can either be brought along or rented on site (12 EUR / pers.).
