Remodel complete July 2020. Oceanfront home with studio apartment above garage. Sometimes, it's all in the name. Sea's The Day is precisely that, as the majestic Pacific Ocean is literally, your back yard. This seaside beauty offers all the amenities of home, and plenty of room for your entire bunch. Recessed lighting with dimmers throughout, the main house is spacious and comfortably sleeps 9. Lower level main house is where guests can entertain with a chef's kitchen which comes equipped with quartz countertop, Kraus sink with rack and cutting board, range with steam option and griddle, double door stainless fridge, built in Dacor microwave, dishwasher and plenty of counter space for all of your meal prep. Much of the counter area is lined with bar stools. Oceanfront dining room offers plenty of seating for the whole group with an extra leaf and chairs. Glass slider door in between kitchen and dining room takes you outside to more outdoor dining options located on a wrap around deck. Bedroom downstairs has a king size bed with a full bathroom directly across the hallway. Living room is facing the ocean and has a propane fireplace in the corner. 56 inch smart tv mounted to the wall with soundbar directly above it. Going upstairs in the main house is where you'll find the master bedroom with king bed, equipped with it's own oceanfront balcony. Too many thoughtful touches in this home including your own views of the ocean from the master bathroom shower. Skylights, on demand hot water, tiled showers, drop screen storm doors are just some of the built in amenities you'll enjoy here. Third bedroom in the main house has a queen bed with a bunk bed with a trundle that pulls out from below. This bedroom also has its own deck and gives you direct access to the studio above the garage. There is a separate kitchenette suite, over the garage that sleeps an additional 3 - 5 and has it's own amazing view of the sea. Breakfast nook here can double as a work space for a laptop. This space comes with a queen bed and a twin off to the side. There is also a full size convertible sofa here. Once you arrive, you won't want to leave, and why would you? There really is no need. Enjoy breakfast in the fully furnished kitchen, then just hit the back patio to unwind as you soak in the Sun, walk the beach, read a book, play a game with the kids and just fully enjoy your stay. Garage is set up as a game room and has a picnic table, sofa, several chairs, a large smart tv and foosball table. 2nd set of laundry facilities located out here as well! Ev charger installed summer of 2024.
Of course, nothing beats a beach side barbecue for dinner, so get your steaks and shish kabobs on as you grill out. After such a rough day of all that relaxing, you'll want to just kick back in the hot tub, breathe in the fresh ocean air and enjoy the beautiful coastal sunset.
