This is a 4 bedroom large family home situated on a hill with 270 degree views of the inner Tauranga Harbour and Kaimai Ranges. Plenty of space and light indoors with high ceilings and so many outdoor activities to enjoy for the whole family.
There are two cows in paddocks on this property and three chickens, who will be taken care of but you are welcome to collect the fresh eggs each day.
This location is great for access to:

- Omokoroa township for beach, playgrounds and cafes
-Katikati for supermarket & shops
- Waihi Beach or Mt Maunganui Beach are approx 30 minutes drive
