Welcome to this marvelous chalet, with private pool, in the countryside of Campos. It is prepared for 9 persons.
The fantastic outdoor area counts with a spacious terrace, a 8m x 4m chlorine pool (the depth steeps up slowly from 1-1,9m), a well-furnished porch and a barbecue.
The 2-story house counts with 323m². The cozy living- and dining room counts with a sofa, satellite TV and a dining table. On the 1st floor, there is another living room with 2 sofas and a TV. The independent kitchen works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 on the 1st floor (1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 individual beds each) and 2 on the ground floor (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 individual beds). On request, there is a baby cot and a highchair available. There are 2 bathrooms for general use: 1 on the ground floor with a bath tub and 1 on the 1st floor with a shower. There is another shower bathroom in the covered parking. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning.
The house is situated at only 3km from Campos, where you will find everything you need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Within 15 minutes by car, you will reach the beautiful, fine, sandy beach of Es Trenc: one of Mallorca's most appreciated nature jewels. Nearby, there are lots of nice beaches and coves with crystalline water. The island's capital, Palma, is 30 minutes away by car. It is the perfect place for cultural visits or shopping. On the outskirts of Palma, you will find the aquatic water slides park Aqualand and the Palma Aquarium, wit over 8.000 animals of 700 different species and more than 5 million liters of water.
