Summary: Property manager was very nice. Checked in with me before my flight there to provide details about the area. Provided us with amazing communication detail. Also had a local house helper for anything I needed. Helped book a private car to Hoi An, and gave recommendations on where to go and eat and what to see. The service is amazing. Hands down the best exp I have ever had. Service is highly comparable to high end hotels.
