The open floor plan in the living, dining and kitchen area allows views through the floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door opening the balcony. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and there are two stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and features beautiful Quartz countertops and a new appliance package. There is also a coffee bar with barware and a beverage fridge. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and access to the balcony. The Master Bath features a Quartz counter top vanity with two sinks, a garden tub and a walk-in shower with seamless glass surround. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV and a private bath with a Quartz counter top vanity and a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with 2 doubles and a single Trundle. This bedroom has a TV and a private bath with Quartz countertop vanity and a tub/shower combination. Amenities include 4 Cable TVs, DVD, and 1 Roku box, Covered Balcony, Internet, Garden Tub, Shower, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Covered Parking, Elevator, Outside Storage available to guests May - August. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total.
