Decorated with bright, beachy colors and modern furnishings, you are sure to feel immediately refreshed when entering. Tall windows and sliding glass doors let in an abundance of natural light, as well as serene sea breezes. The open concept living area allows for easy conversation and socializing between the large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with updated stainless steel appliances, and the comfortable dining and living areas.
This home includes two bedrooms: a king size master bedroom with an updated ensuite bathroom and a guest bedroom, offering three twin beds. An additional bathroom, also fully updated, can be found, as well as an in-home laundry unit. Enjoy the picturesque views from either the master bedroom's own balcony or from the oceanside deck, directly accessible through the main living area. This property is just steps away from the ocean and includes direct beach access! Come enjoy this perfect island abode!
This property is perfectly situated on the island, just a short walk from The Ritz Carlton and the Golf Club of Amelia Island. Pool access is also included for guests at the nearby complex. Take a break from your worries by riding bikes along the beach, fishing on the surf, or venture over to Historic Downtown, only a few minutes away, and enjoy exploring the shops and restaurants there. Also nearby are such attractions as Fort Clinch State Park, Egan's Creek, Amelia Island Museum of History, and many more!
All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.

Summary: This is a beautiful villa and we wish we could have completed our stay there but the electricity went out due to a storm and the next morning when it came back on the living room and a wall of outlets in the dining area kept tripping off and we had no internet. We spent a complete day waiting on help and the electrician came and could not solve the problem. Unfortunately, the modem was connected in the living room, which kept tripping off. We were placed at another location in Sandpiper Loop and had no troubles during the remainder of our stay. We hate that we lost a full day of our vacation dealing with issues and having to unpack and repack our belongings. The only other issues we had was not having a pool card and a key to the gate from the boardwalk, (the paperwork in the binder mentioned that they were there and if not returned would be $50 for each item if they were missing). We had no way of securing our belongings while going to a walk on the beach. We were not sure why we could not obtain the gate key since we saw lots of other vacationers in Sandpiper Loop using a key to get back and forth to and from the beach. We appreciate the property managers working so quickly to get us into another place and keeping in close contact with us during these issues.
