Summary: The restaurant staff are great! The quality of the food is also very good! The site and the hotel in general are very beautiful! The reception staff are not helpful and not good! They are not customer-oriented and not sufficiently trained! The quality of the infrastructure is not good! At the fitness center, many machines are broken down and not repaired! The quality of service at the food truck is inadéquate.
