"Sand In My Shoes" is a newly renovated (end of 2019) Townhouse Condo, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 ½ bath townhouse; Sleeps 6. Master suite with king size bed, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, with enclosed lanai upstairs with view of lagoon. Sliding doors open to the lanai to a screened-in area where you can enjoy the breeze and fresh beach air. Guest bedroom has twin beds, bathroom with tub/shower. Wall mounted flat screen TVs and DVD players in each room. Pack n’ Play, Highchair/booster seat, and a blow up kids mattress which are available upon request. Stairway has rails on each side of the steps for additional safety.
Combination living room and dining room is tastefully decorated and has a large flat screen TV and DVD player with movies, games and playing cards. Living room has comfortable queen size sofa bed and 2 swivel rocker/glider recliners. You can soak in the beautiful Florida sunshine and relaxing sea breeze from the enclosed lanai. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything we could think you would need and has a beautiful breakfast room. Service for 12 dishes and additional silverware if requested.
"Sand In My Shoes" only a short minute stroll will take you to the white sandy shore of the Atlantic Ocean to enjoy a walk on the beach, where you can collect sea shells or enjoy a dip in the beautiful water.

Summary: I’ve stayed in several units in this complex and been in several others rented by friends and family - all in the oceanfront towers. While those stays have been fun due to views and proximity to the beach, the units themselves have been nothing special. By comparison, this townhouse is very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped, appointed and maintained. For instance, knives that actually cut, cookware, dishes and cutlery that don’t seem like they were bought at a grocery store, appliances that work well, comfortable beds, quality linens, etc. etc. it’s clear the owners take care of it and their guests have been responsible and respectful. This was by far the best unit I’ve been in in the complex. I also came to appreciate that it’s much quieter than the oceanfront towers with the rowdy pools and with much easier parking. Just all around an upgrade. Will definitely book again.
