(There is temporary furniture on the balcony at the moment). Sand Castle, I unit 507is beautifully furnished with updated floors, updated bathrooms, a built-in fireplace in the living room, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The unit has 2 TVs, A king-size bed in the private Gulf Front master bedroom, and 2 Queen-size beds in the guest bedroom. Sand Castle is one of the most desired locations and one of the best beach areas in Pinellas County. The unit is Gulf Front and has an amazing array of views. Sand Castle 507 will easily sleep six. This building has an elevator and a grill in the pool area. The unit comes with free North American long-distance and free WIFI.
You will love relaxing on the sofa while watching your favorite show or gazing at the Gulf Front View. Of course, prepare that coffee or your favorite beverage and sit and watch the beautiful and stunning sunsets from the balcony right off the living area. You will not mind cooking at all in this fabulously new kitchen. At the end of the day, you will love retiring in the Master Suite. Summary: This was our third time staying at Sand Castle I, but this was, by far, the cleanest, most updated condo we have had. The remodel is beautiful - from the appliances to the overall feel of the condo. Everything was tidy and spotless. There were no beach toys and only one beach towel, but we knew this was a possibility going into it as there were no guarantees of what was left from previous guests. The only downfall was that we had partially picked this condo because of the advertised photo of wonderful seating on the balcony. We love to eat and spend time overlooking the water, but when we arrived, we found that none of that furniture was there and it was replaced with plastic chairs and two, small plastic side tables which weren't enough to accommodate meals. This certainly didn't ruin our stay though and we were so grateful to have such a great experience here.
