Welcome to "Sand By Me" this newly built, two-story 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, featuring a private rooftop deck and a private plunge pool with an astroturf lawn. Situated downtown in Port Aransas, this home offers convenience to local attractions and the beach! Plus, it's golf cart accessible! 🏖️🚗 Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious floor plan flooded with natural light streaming in through the large living room windows, setting the scene for creating everlasting memories. 🌞 Lounge around after a long day at the beach and enjoy watching your favorite movies on the large flat-screen TV, nestled in comfortable living room furniture.
