The suite is located on the second floor of a newly built modern design residential building in San Andres and only 5 minutes walking distance to Las Teresitas beach. Particularly noteworthy is the impressive communal roof terrace with artificial grass, greenery, sunbeds, a chillout area and starting November 2021 to approx. spring 2022 also a shared use jacuzzi. From approx. spring 2022 it will be replaced by a mini-pool. From there you will not only enjoy a view of the sea, but also of the impressive Anaga mountain range. The suite is bright and comfortable and has a living-dining room with sofa bed for an additional person and Smart TV, a fully equipped designer kitchen, two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower. The entire property also has high speed fiber optic WIFI and air conditioning/heating.
San Andres is a small and cheerful fishing village known for Las Teresitas beach, unquestionably the most beautiful of the island of Tenerife. Its fine golden sand strewn with palm trees, a barrier that keeps its turquoise water always calm, is undoubtedly the biggest attraction.
